Jacky's winning photographs have been featured in global exhibitions across continents including Australia, Canada, Colombia, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, the Philippines, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, the UK, the USA, and Vietnam, reflecting his international acclaim and the universal appeal of his work.

Jacky's notable projects include "Abstract Skyscape", "Aerial Hong Kong", "Colours of Australia", "Secret Parts of Hong Kong", and "The Beauty of North-West New Territories". He was an integral creative member of the Mui Tsz Lam Art Revitalization Project, showcasing his versatility and creative vision.

Beyond the lens, Jacky is a revered figure in the photographic community. He has devoted much of his time to promoting photography through not-for-profit organizations. He serves as a management committee member of the Australian Photographic Society (APS), a photography mentor with the Photographic Society of America (PSA), and a committee member of the Royal Photographic Society’s (RPS) Australian Chapter. He also serves as the content manager for RPS’s International Team. In addition, Jacky sits on the AI Advisory Committee for the Canadian Association for Photographic Art (CAPA) and is part of the organizing committee for the Four Nations Inter-Country Photography Competition, representing Australia alongside Canada, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Additionally, Jacky is a Chartered Building Engineer and Chartered Building Surveyor, accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) respectively. He is also a recognised Construction Project Manager. This unique blend of expertise enriches his photographic perspective, infusing his artwork with a deep understanding of architectural aesthetics and structural integrity.

Jacky has authored several photography books, sharing his insights on capturing exceptional photos and utilizing photography as a form of emotional therapy. He was invited as a course tutor and guest speaker at prestigious institutions, including the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He contributes his expertise as a photography advisor at Hong Kong Biodiversity Museum (HKBM) and regularly serves as a judge for national and international photo contests.
